　　Job Responsibilities:

　　1、According to the company's mission and vision and overall development requirements, organize the formulation of strategic development planning and sustainable development operation management system, organize the integration of internal and external resources, and formulate future development and annual operation plans.

　　2、Formulate the whole project planning including project positioning, product positioning, industry planning, and national investment promotion work.

　　3、Responsible for the development of production planting plans, planting technology and programs, etc., and organize the implementation, and take overall responsibility for the production technology management work.

　　4、Track the project construction phase and development work docking.

　　5、Team management and cadre talent training.

　　6、Familiar with, master the industry dynamics, the development of the company's feasibility of investment, operation strategy.

　　Qualifications：

　　1、College degree or above, under 45 years old.

　　2、Familiar with the characteristics of flower planting, flower plant maintenance.

　　3、Have flower industry related resources, can carry out industry investment and related channel development.

　　4、At least 5 years of experience in the same or related fields.
